Information we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, city, the service you are interested in, and your message, along with the time you submitted it. We collect only what you choose to send us. We do not use cookies or tracking scripts, and this site does not collect information about you simply by visiting it.

How your message is handled

When you submit the contact form, your information is stored using Netlify Blobs, a data storage service provided by Netlify, so your inquiry is not lost. If we have email notifications configured, your message is also sent to our business inbox using Resend, a third-party email delivery service; replies go directly to the email address you provided. Your message may also be forwarded automatically to Zapier, a third-party automation platform, so we can route new inquiries to the tools we use to manage them. These services process your information only to help us receive and respond to your message.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, answer questions about our services, and follow up about your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Viewing pricing through BookingKoala

When you click a View Pricing link, you leave this site and go to our booking partner, BookingKoala, in a new tab. We do not send your information to BookingKoala when you click that link. Any information you choose to enter on their site is handled under BookingKoala’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
